01 Which roast should I get?
Day Shift is the light roast, Overtime is the medium and Graveyard is the dark. Not sure which one? Every roast's page has a rundown of its flavor and strength, so it's easy to pick the one you'll love.
02 How fresh is it?
It's roasted to order. We roast after each order is placed for maximum freshness, so it takes a little longer to get to you. Order in advance so you don't run out.
03 When will my order ship?
Orders usually leave within 5 business days, since every carton is roasted after you order. Delivery time after that depends on the carrier.
04 Do you ship outside the US?
Not right now. US addresses only.
05 Is there a subscription?
Yes, if you want one. Put any 12 oz roast on the schedule and a fresh carton ships the same date every month at 10% off. Skip a month, swap roasts or cancel from your account.
06 Something wrong with my order?
